Jillian Sidoti is a seasoned capital-raising expert, entrepreneur, and former securities attorney with a track record of helping businesses become "raise ready." Jillian was the architect behind the funds and syndications of many large funds including for Cardone Capital (Grant Cardone), Greyson Gross, and Tarek El Moussa (of Flip or Flop). As one of the founders of READY SET CAPITAL, Jillian combines her deep knowledge of securities law, financial strategy, and investor relations to guide companies through the complex world of capital raising.
Over the past two decades, Jillian has helped businesses secure millions in funding through Regulation A, Regulation D, and other private placement strategies. She has worked with startups, real estate syndicators, and growth-stage companies, ensuring they are not only compliant but also compelling to investors.
Beyond her legal and financial expertise, Jillian is a sought-after speaker and educator, having taught thousands of entrepreneurs how to structure deals, pitch investors, and scale their businesses effectively. Stephen Hall is a dynamic and accomplished individual with a diverse range of expertise spanning the fields of taxation, technology, and entrepreneurship. As the CEO of Robert Hall & Associates, a leading regional tax accounting firm, he has been instrumental in growing the client base to over 2500 companies and 7000 families with their tax-related needs. With a specialization in serving landlords, business owners, and online businesses, Stephen and his team of experts provide invaluable guidance and support in navigating the complexities of taxation.
